The Non–Profit Biz Model canvas is a visual framework for how an organization creates and delivers value for both its beneficiaries and donors.
It is a useful communication tool to concretely and clearly demonstrate your organisation’s strategy so that everyone can understand their interconnected role in creating impact. Its strength is in its simplicity.
In this HIIT Session, Anna Shevel will work with you to reframe and test your current or new business strategies against this canvas, to help ensure that the value you create for your donors (clients) and your beneficiaries (users) is explicit.
Anna Shevel is a facilitator, entrepreneur, creator, learner, and communicator.
Her work profile spans facilitating, business strategy, communications, and designing full immersion experiences. She is the Founder of The Good Food Network and the #ONELOVESA Campaign which together with Operation Hunger was able to rapidly pivot to creating new feeding schemes during the very early days of COVID-19.
